  1. What methods of payment do you accept?
    AtlantaApparel.com accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards. We accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and money orders payable in U.S. currency that are drawn on a bank in the U.S.A.. While we do accept business, personal, and electronic checks also, these methods will delay shipment of your order up to 14 days while waiting for funds to clear. All products being shipped to destinations outside of the U.S.A. and Canada must be paid for in advance by wire transfer.
  2. What licenses and permits do I need to provide to buy wholesale from you?
    Each city and state has its own requirements for doing business. As long as you fulfill your local requirements, you can purchase from AtlantaApparel.com.
  3. When will my products arrive?
    AtlantaApparel.com processes all orders within 2 business days. We recommend shipment via United Parcel Service which generally arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Other UPS options for faster service will be offered to you at check out. The U.S. Postal Service also delivers most small parcels within 3-10 business days depending upon destination.
  4. What is your return policy?
    All merchandise is guaranteed to be new and in perfect condition. You may request authorization to return merchanise for exchange or refund within 5 business days after receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  5. Is there a minimum quantity I have to buy?
    A minimum order of $2,000.00 is required for all wholesale purchases. Resellers must provide us with a valid Tax Id number with their initial order. This information will be used to verify that the buyer is a legally recognized reseller.

    The cost of shipping your order depends upon the weight and the Zip Code of the destination. However, all orders over $5,000 (excluding close outs) ARE SHIPPED FREE!! Call us for an estimate of shipping rates for destinations outside the continental U.S.A.
  8. What if you are out of something I order?
    We will contact you if, for any reason, we are unable to ship everything exactly as you ordered. No substitutions will be made with your expressed approval.
  9. Do I need a membership to order?
    AtlantaApparel.com does not impose any membership fees to place an order. Because we are a true wholesale site, we do require you to register and qualify to see our wholesale prices.   10. Are the pictures on your website the exact items I am ordering?
    AtlantaApparel.com strives to provide accurate images of all products sold on the web site. Refer to our product descriptions, however, for all details including colors, sizes, and styles. In addition, colors will appear differently on the screen depending upon monitor manufacturer and screen settings. Shades of color may appear a little different when they actually arrive.

  17. How do I track my shipment?
    As soon as your product leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail indicating the date your order was shipped and containing a tracking number if applicable.

    We do not print a catalog because products and inventory levels change much too quickly. Therefore, we use our web site as our virtual catalog making daily changes, additions, and deletions.
